Michael Veuleman, Treausrer

Dr. Michael Sanders, Secretary


Dr. Michael Sanders is co-founder of Beehivefund Corp., a non-profit foundation with a mission to support innovative production systems and technologies through a global network of people and organizations. Dr. Sanders has 27 years of industry and academic experience during which he has owned and operated manufacturing and distribution companies. He has published numerous technical articles and led successful improvement projects in various industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive, Food, Petrochemical, and Packaging. He is sought as a master practitioner in implementing lean, six sigma, quality and regulatory compliance in businesses. Dr. Sanders’ academic background range from biochemistry to engineering to business management. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Ann Pham, Education Director

Ann Pham is the Industry Liaison for the Gulf Coast Workforce Board which serves 13 counties in the Houston-Galveston region and sets the strategic direction for the local workforce system. The Board focuses on strategic issues such as competitive employers, an educated workforce, developing more and better jobs, and retaining higher incomes. Until recently, Ann was the Gulf Coast Director for the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center, where she was responsible for managing and directing the development of supplier relationships between large and small manufacturers to improve operations and increase profitability. Wayne Mausbach, Government/Environmental Director


Wayne Mausbach is Managing Partner of Intuitivum Group which helps small and medium size manufacturing companies realize greater profits by applying advanced manufacturing processes. The Intuitivum group utilizes the experience working in Fortune 500 companies to leverage the same technology to the smaller manufacturing companies. Wayne is a native Houstonian and one of the founding members of GHMA working with the  Society of Manufacturing Engineers. A Professional Engineer, Wayne is active as a alumni board member at the University of Houston. A passion for manufacturing and STEM education, Wayne is a eleven year judge for FIRST Robotics and continues to mentor students for a career in manufacturing. Marcus Wilkins, Membership Director

Mr. Wilkins is a Corporate Communications and Business Integration Strategist consulting small to large corporations in the Greater Houston area.  Marcus is the former Director of Membership at the Greater Houston Partnership, Houston's regional chamber of commerce. He is a six year veteran of the National Football League and an active member of the Houston NFLPA and Huddle Up Foundation Houston. Mr. Wilkins is an accomplished speaker and facilitator of corporate programs and events, with a focus on increasing revenue and strategic alliances in the business community. Damien Garza, Membership Retention Director

Mark Henrichs, Program Development

Mark Henrichs has spent more than 30 years in industrial research in the photographic, pharmaceutical and medical-device industries.  He holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Rice University and a PhD in chemistry from UCLA.  His career accomplishments include multiple peer-reviewed scientific publications, industrial patents and experience with start-up companies.  Most recently he was the Director of Technology Development at Fairway Medical Technology.  While at Fairway he co-founded the Gulf Coast Medical Device Manufacturers, a community of local design, engineering and manufacturing companies working together to share opportunities and keep business related to medical devices in the region. The GCMDM is the forerunner of the Greater Houston Manufacturers Association.

Patrick White, GHMA Past President, Medical Device Director

Patrick White has worked in the manufacturing sector for over twenty years. Patrick served as the 2014 President of the Greater Houston Manufacturers Association and was included as one of the original founding directors of the organization. He manages a number of key national clients as an account executive for LSI Industries ( ), a manufacturer of architectural graphics, signs, lighting and printed products. Patrick has served on the board of the Gulf Coast Medical Device Manufacturers (GCMDM), participated in the Global Cities Initiative for Houston’s development of a Metro Export Plan, and is involved with the Lonestar College Global Energy and Manufacturing Advisory Council. With exposure to courses and training through the American Production and Inventory Control Society, Patrick has absorbed a great deal of industry knowledge in the manufacturing sector. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mississippi State University where he serves on the MSU National Alumni Board. He is a board of trustee with the Northland Christian School where his three children attend, and volunteers with the charitable organizations, 45 & Hope and the American Cancer Society.  Patrick enjoys spending his spare time with family and friends.
